1 - Prices are valid for the 1st sales batch and may change according to the number of remaining tickets.

2 - The above prices refer to HALF-PRICE tickets. Full-price tickets cost R$ 394.00 for the Passaporte Ticket and R$ 250.00 for the Single-Day Ticket.

3 -Who is entitled to half-price tickets under current legislation? Students (upon presentation of a valid student ID), Seniors (60 years or older), People with Disabilities (PWD) — and one companion, if necessary — and Education Professionals (according to state law).

5 - And what about those not covered by the legislation? Even if you are not legally entitled to a half-price ticket, you may still enjoy the same benefit (Social Half-Price) by donating 1 kg of non-perishable food (except salt) at the event entrance on the day of the event. Anyone claiming the social half-price benefit who does not bring 1 kg of food will not be granted entry or a refund. However, they may pay the remaining amount (in a single payment) equivalent to the full ticket price at the box office to gain access.

6 - Ticket prices do not include the platform’s service fee (10% of the current ticket price).

 

7 - The Expo Aviação Virtual is a family-friendly event with no age restrictions. Children up to 8 years old are granted free admission, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult holding a valid ticket.

8 - By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in promotional activities and giveaways during the Expo Aviação Virtual, the participant freely, knowingly, and unequivocally authorizes the use of their image, voice, and name in photos, videos, and other institutional and/or promotional materials of the event, on any media or platforms, without charge and for an indefinite period. The processing of personal data complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018) and is used exclusively for communication, registration, and promotional purposes related to the EAV, ensuring the confidentiality and security of all information.
